Katongole Arnold Anderson is a student at UMCAT School of Journalism pursuing a diploma in Journalism and Media studies. He is fascinated by the intersection of media and society and is particularly interested in exploring how media shapes cultural narratives and fosters dialogue. Arnold’s career goals include leveraging media as a tool for social change and empowerment, amplifying voices from marginalized communities and using media to shape the narrative. His participation in the Fellowship aligns perfectly with his aspirations to broaden his understanding of media landscapes and to connect with like-minded individuals. Beyond media, Arnold enjoys adventure, cooking, engaging in civil debates and conversations, philanthropy, mentoring young people and sports.
